At Leadika, we've worked with many global leadership teams who are operating in complex, matrixed systems. Inevitably, there are conflicting priorities which drive individual behaviors. And this often leads to a lack of trust, alignment and collaboration amongst team members.

To become truly high performing team, leadership teams need to spend time connecting and getting to know each other better as human beings and create a sense of belonging. They need to align on their mission, vision and strategy and get clear on roles and responsibilities. They need to figure how they're going to work together - ways to meet, communicate, make decisions, allocate resources, provide feedback, learn from each other and manage conflict. 

Working with a team coach is like having an extra member of the team who is 100% focused on helping the team work more effectively together. 

Team Coaching packages are tailored to the team's need and typically last for 6 months or longer. They include a discovery stage of interviewing all the team members, observing the team in action, creating a team charter, learning and skill building sessions and access to frameworks and tools.  

Leadika also designs and delivers team development workshops where the team can learn and build skills together. Examples are workshops on team strengths, building trust, managing conflict, improving communication and aligning on vision.
