Claire is a certified executive and team coach, leadership strategist, instructional designer  and facilitator with over 3 decades of experience developing and supporting thousands of leaders to be better and do better.

Over her 20 years of being a coach, Claire has logged more than 10,000 hours supporting 100’s of senior and high potential leaders. Claire has coached clients in 20+ countries, including Canada, US, Brazil, UK, India, Japan and China and worked with many global leadership teams.

Claire understands the complexities and volatility that come with working in global, highly matrixed organizations. She is able to tap into her own leadership experience, as well as her coaching education and toolkit, to support executives, teams and leadership development and learning professionals.

Claire is based in Toronto, Canada and works in person and virtually across the globe.

Prior to setting up her own company, Claire spent 11 years in Accenture, a leading global professional services company with approximately 745,000 people serving clients in more than 120 countries. During her time at Accenture, Claire was  delivering leadership development, executive coaching and team coaching to Accenture's clients and its internal leaders as part of Accenture’s Coaching Center of Excellence and Global Leadership Development Practice. 

• Claire created Accenture's coaching training solutions, helping to cascade a coaching culture through Accenture's digital practice 2016-2018 through the EmPower Up! program.
• In 2021-2022, Claire was responsible for leadership development for Accenture Technology, scaling development for leaders of over 300,000 of Accenture's people across the globe.  
• In 2023, Claire was the Design and Build Lead for Accenture's People Leadership Credential, available to 750,000+ employees, focused on leading with care, kindness and connection.

Claire is affiliated as an Associate with Flux Leadership and Development, where she collaborates with Jim Ralley to create fresh learning concepts that meet big strategic challenges. Claire also works with The Feuerlicht Group, working with Eric Feuerlicht to bring the Accenture way of developing leaders to organizations of all sizes.

Claire plugs into her global network of coaches and leadership development experts to scale her services. 

She has partnered with learning and leadership development experts and providers like Owen Eastwood, Nick Petrie, Potential Project,  LeadX, The Mentora Institute, MentorcliQ, Cognician, Adeption and Attensi to design and develop leadership development and coaching solutions. 

Claire has a Masters in Organizational Leadership from Royal Roads University and took her first coach training at Adler School of Professional Coaching in Toronto, Canada.
